New patient evaluations are approximately one hour in duration.

Most routine follow-up appointments/med. checks are thirty minutes.

New patient fees are paid in advance.

Requested refunds will be given provided there is 48 hours (working hours) notice given.

Patients will be charged the full office fee for missed routine follow-up appointments/med. checks unless 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.

We do not accept any insurance. However, some patients may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement with their insurance company.
